TYPE TASK

Drawing expressing how the eye is the desired camera lens. and how we can control what we see.
The eye can identify a light source past the horizon, and can still be in focus.
Research shows the eye uses the brain to fill in the empty spaces our blind spots produce.

P2 – The Hideaway

Theatre project based in Ropewalks located in Liverpool. An area which is populated with students and has a lot of small unique shops around. I aimed to create a diverse and unique theatre which allowed two functions. A dance studio by day and a dance lounge at night, by which atmosphere is created by fluorescent lights enticing the public to enjoy erotic humorous performance.

TYPE TASK

Inspired by the film burlesque (2010) and cabaret (1972), the elegance of feathers and erotic comedic dance.
Society looks down upon the dances and behavior performed, but beyond the nudity there lies empowerment and beauty.
