A cohousing project that focuses on children and single families. The scheme aims to create a community where the residents can take care of each others’ children. Two single family homes are linked by the kitchen which can be opened up to form a larger dining area. The common house at the centre provides space for communal activities such as dining and day-care while the communal garden allows children and families to play together.

The main building is trapezium in plan and section, opening out onto the view of the Peak Districts.
