PROJECT 1: KAYAK

A partner project with Connie Pidsley designing a Kayak Hub located between Sheffield’s River Don and Tinsley Canal. Focusing on the relationship of the sites unique landscape to building form. Furthermore investigating the sequential process of getting from land to water and how to reflect this in both the form and layout of the building.

PROJECT 2 – THE STREET IS A THEATRE

Playful theatre project located in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool. Creating a ‘street’ through the middle of the building to engage with the ‘theatre’ of daily activities and not just a scheduled performance. Embracing the use of raw materials to provide spaces for creative and messy activities to unfold.

PROJECT 3 : HOUSING FOR WELLBEING

A housing project for individuals in the Burngreave community that suffer from an acute mental health condition. Offering 2 types of temporary housing for individuals at different stages in their mental health journey. Incorporating features and spaces that can help alleviate many symptoms associated with mental health, e.g. anxiety and depression.
